Our current processing time is 2 - 5 business days. This estimate may change during peak times of the year. Custom orders will take longer with an approximate timeline discussed when the order is placed. Shipping time is extra.
Local pickup orders will receive a "Pickup Ready" email when it is ready for pickup. Please expect up to 5 business days, but often it is sooner. Pickup location and instructions will be included.
Shipped orders will receive an email once their order is shipped. The length of shipping is dependent upon the shipping method chosen, your location, and Canada Post peak times.

Canadian Customers: I am happy to offer you the following flat-rate shipping options:
Regular Lettermail - This is not tracked and lost packages will be dealt with on a case by case bases. Approximately 3 - 14 days dependent on your location.
$3 Flat-rate
Expedited Shipment - You will receive a tracking number when your items ship and Canada Post insures your package for replacement if it does not arrive or is damaged during shipping. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active. Approximately 2 - 8 days dependent on your location.
$12 Western Canada
$15 Eastern Canada
USA & International: Unfortunately, at this time I am only shipping within Canada at this time. I hope to add international shipping in the future. Please follow my instagram for updates.

All of our products are handcrafted with love. I take great care to provide you with quality products, but please be aware that due to their handmade nature they may be subject to slight variations that fall within a normal range for handmade items. Examples of this could include slight variances in colour from what appears on screen, tiny bubbles, or pattern placement variance that does not affect the functionality or overall aesthetic value.
I currently use 304 or 316 stainless steel or gold stainless steel for all ear wires and posts. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, strong, and tarnish resistant; however it may not work for everyone. **I also carry plastic earring hooks, plastic stud posts, and silicone backs that can be used instead if you have allergies/sensitivities. Please contact me or request these at no extra cost in the notes section when you purchase.**
